Shot positioning is crucial as water and/or wetlands can be found on 16 holes; however, the fairways had been widened in 2004 to create more fair and forgiving landing areas. The front nine is not encumbered by homes, but water features do abound. The back nine plays through a more residential area, offering more generous fairways. The course loves to boast about "the best greens around" - Champion Dwarf! Located on Hwy. 27 in Davenport, just south of I-4 and 15 minutes west of the Disney area and US192.
