Rock Springs Ridge Golf Club ~ 11.37 miles
This 27-hole course is an unusual find for the Central Florida area. Another Clifton, Ezell & Clifton masterpiece, its rolling topography and tree-lined fairways are reminiscent of the Carolinas. From the tips on any combination of nines, it measures over 7,000 yards, but also offers multiple tees to match up with the proper skill level. Strategic bunkering, sandy waste areas, and huge, undulating greens are key features throughout. You'll find water on 3 holes of the North Course, 2 holes on the newest West Course, and no water on the South Course. Located in Apopka, 25-30 minutes north of Or...

Victoria Hills Golf Club ~ 14.07 miles
Open since December 2001, Victoria Hills preserves the natural flow of the environment in a unique Florida golf setting. The Ron Garl design features many characteristics reminiscent of the Pine Barrens course at World Woods including sandy waste bunkers; generous fairways framed by mature oak and pine hammocks; the sandy shores of pristine lakes (water on just 4 holes); and elevated tough-to-hit greens. Also featured is their new Carolina-style Victorian clubhouse and tavern for those who wish to experience a little "apres-tee!" Guaranteed to provide a rewarding golf experience for players o...

Country Club Of Mt Dora ~ 17.61 miles
Designed by the Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Golf Group in 1991, this interesting layout offers a formidable challenge for the accomplished player as well as an enjoyable round for the recreational golfer. Water comes into play on 14 holes on this picturesque course, framed by magnificent oaks and pines. The course's rather small, raised greens offer fair but demanding targets. Located in scenic, rural Mt. Dora, approximately 35-40 minutes northwest of downtown Orlando. 10% discount on all Golf Group golf shop items excluding "on sale" merchandise & golf balls.

Deer Island Club ~ 19.54 miles
Deer Island Club is the centerpiece of a remote 400-acre island that separates beautiful Lake Dora and Lake Beauclaire. The shoreline is rimmed with ancient oaks, pines, palms and cypress trees, along with panoramic views of quaint Mt. Dora in the background. Most likely you'll even catch a glimpse of lounging native alligators along the lake banks. Although water borders all 18 holes, the course is eminently fair and will not penalize a good shot. Architect Joe Lee called Deer Island the "most unique course I've ever designed." An excellent value, this course is well worth the drive to Mt. Do...

Mission Inn Golf Resort - El Campeon ~ 28.14 miles
Built in 1926, Mission Inn's El Campeon, "The Champion," is one of the south's oldest and most historical, prestigious golf courses. Architect Captain Charles Clarke of Troon, Scotland, blended unusual elevation changes of more than 85 feet with features of traditional golf design. Rolling fairways (some dramatic), undulating greens and well-placed berms, bunkers and sandy waste areas, as well as water on 11 holes, all only begin to characterize the aura of El Campeon. Just rated 4 stars by Golf Digest's "Best Places To Play, 2008/2009," a highly awarded distinction amongst pier Central...
